The St Lucian Association London warmly invites you to St Lucian Family Day 2026 — a special day bringing together St Lucians, families, friends and the wider community for an afternoon of celebration, connection and enjoyment.
Taking place at Hopkins Field, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, the event will be a welcoming space for all ages to come together, meet new people, reconnect with friends, and celebrate our culture.

Yes you can. There will be several vendors with food and drinks on sale as well.
Yes. The Olympic Park have said that pop tents are permitted.
Toilets will be available on site. To help cover the cost of providing portaloos, we will be charging £2.00 for 5 tickets (one ticket per use).

Yes, there will be music. DJs will be in rotation.

Yes dogs are allowed. However, they must be kept on a leash during the event.

Yes. Parking is available nearby at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Multi-Storey Car Park, which is just a short walk from Hopkins Field.
No. Parking charges apply and are payable directly to the car park operator. The parking gate may be open when you arrive/depart but still use the machines to pay for parking or you will be charged.

Please follow the venue’s signage and guidance on arrival.
We recommend approaching via the Hackney Wick / Northwall Road entrance to Hopkins Field. Event signage and volunteers will help direct you to the registration area.
Yes. Visitors can be dropped off near the park entrance before the driver proceeds to the car park.
